1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • 1.1 Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the product is received in a defective or damaged condition.
  • 1.2 Defective/Damaged Products: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or broken, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at info@prismore.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photo(s) and/or video(s) of the issue
  • 1.3 Approval Process: Once we receive your claim, our team will review the evidence and determine if it qualifies for:
    • A replacement
    • An exchange
    • Or store credit (valid for future purchases)

    Refunds are issued only at our sole discretion in exceptional cases where a replacement or store credit is not feasible.

2. Refund Process (if approved)

  • 2.1 If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • 2.2 You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Important Notes

  • Refund or exchange requests will not be accepted beyond the 48-hour window from delivery.
  • Prismore is not responsible for issues caused by improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without prior approval or without sufficient evidence will not be eligible for any compensation.
