- 1.1 Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the product is received in a defective or damaged condition.

- Clear photo(s) and/or video(s) of the issue

- A replacement
- An exchange
- Or store credit (valid for future purchases)
Refunds are issued only at our sole discretion in exceptional cases where a replacement or store credit is not feasible.

- Prismore is not responsible for issues caused by improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned without prior approval or without sufficient evidence will not be eligible for any compensation.
